Terms of Sale

Orders are quoted in USD on EXW terms (Shenzhen / Dongguan). Quotes are valid for 30 days. Minimum order quantity is 200 pcs per SKU unless agreed otherwise.

Payment: 30% deposit with order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Lead time is typically 15–25 days after deposit, depending on the product and season.

All products are sold as novelty / wellness items — not medical devices. Compliance documents are provided with each shipment. Risk transfers at EXW handover.

Custom and OEM orders (custom colors, logos, packaging) are non-refundable once production has started.
