Quotes and delivery

Products ship from China. Orders are quoted in USD. EXW Shenzhen / Dongguan is available. DDP delivery can be quoted for eligible U.S. destinations based on the selected models, quantities and delivery ZIP code. The written quote confirms the Incoterm, delivery point, included freight, clearance, duties and taxes, lead time and any exclusions. Product-only EXW prices are not delivered prices. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the written quote states otherwise.

Order minimums

Standard neutral-pack orders start at 400 mixed units, with at least 50 units per model. Special models have separate minimums; OEM starts at 1,000 units per color. The model list, color split and applicable minimums are confirmed in the written order.

Payment and lead time

The standard payment schedule is 30% deposit with order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment, unless a different schedule is agreed in the written invoice. Lead time is typically 15-25 days after deposit, depending on product availability, approvals and season; confirm the timing for your order.

Product information and responsibility

Products are supplied as novelty / wellness items, not medical devices. Confirm the documents available for each selected model before ordering. For EXW orders, risk transfers at the agreed EXW handover. For DDP orders, delivery and risk responsibilities follow the written DDP order terms.

Custom orders and claims

Custom and OEM orders are non-refundable once production has started. Review the Refund & Claims Policy and confirm any order-specific after-sales arrangements before payment.
