Privacy Policy
Adult Toys Wholesale (“we”) sells business-to-business only. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we handle it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
We collect the information you submit through our inquiry form or by email: company or store name, store website, contact person, email address, phone number, country, delivery ZIP or postal code, product models, order quantities, delivery preference and message. Our web server also keeps standard access logs, which include the IP address of the visitor, for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
Only to prepare quotes, samples and order documentation, and to answer your questions. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, advertising or profiling. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any marketing script from a third party.
We store a few small items in your browser’s local and session storage, and all of them are needed for the site to behave as expected: whether you have confirmed that you are over 18, whether you have dismissed the notice at the bottom of the page, whether the WhatsApp popup has already been shown in this session, and a support flag set by WordPress itself. These entries stay on your device, are not shared with anyone, and give us no way to identify you. Because we set no non-essential cookies, there is nothing for you to opt in to.
All fonts and images on this site are served from our own server.
Spam protection
Our inquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. As part of that check, your browser loads a small script from Cloudflare and sends them your IP address, the result of the check and basic browser information. Turnstile does not use cookies, and Cloudflare states that it does not use this data for advertising. How Cloudflare handles it is set out in their privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
When you use a WhatsApp button on this site, your browser opens WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. The message you type, together with the product page you came from, is transferred to Meta and handled under Meta’s own privacy policy. We receive it only as an ordinary WhatsApp message. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, write to us by email instead.
Where your data is processed
We are based in China and we have no establishment in the European Union. If you contact us from the EU or the EEA, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in China so that we can prepare your quote, your samples and your order. We transfer only what is needed for that purpose, and we pass it to no one else.
How long we keep it
Data is retained as long as needed for the business relationship or as required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@adulttoyswholesale.com. If you are in the EU or the EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
