Terms of Sale

Orders are quoted in USD on EXW terms (Shenzhen / Dongguan). Quotes are valid for 30 days. Minimum order quantity is 200 pcs per SKU unless agreed otherwise.

Payment: 30% deposit with order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Lead time is typically 15–25 days after deposit, depending on the product and season.

All products are sold as novelty / wellness items — not medical devices. Compliance documents (CE, RoHS, REACH, GPSR responsible person) are provided with each shipment. Risk transfers at EXW handover.

Custom and OEM orders (custom colors, logos, packaging) are non-refundable once production has started.
